It is explosion-proof and can efficiently and evenly dry wet granulated pharmaceutical solid powder at a lower temperature. The Fluid Bed Processor is an excellent technology for producing granules from powder utilizing the top spray approach. 

The technique is best suited since the same equipment can be used for top spray granulation, bottom spray coating, and drying all three parameters in the same machine, decreasing the number of machines required for a process. The granulation is consistent and superior with fluid bed processor technology because the particle movement is very quick owing to fluidization, and the mixing of powder and liquid is highly efficient and uniform due to the liquid/moisture being sprayed continually.
